Teen Drivers
In the USA Today newspaper today, there is an article on teen drivers. The article says that car (vehicle) crashes are the number one cause of death for 15- to 20- year olds. According to the article, when teens drive, too much is happening in the car: other teens, talking on the cellphone, signing and dancing, speeding, drinking alcohol, and smoking pot. Teens are not experienced drivers and when they have all of this happening inside the car, they cannot pay attention. Many teens are involved in car crashes because of this. Questions - do you think that the age for obtaining (getting) a driver's license should be raised to 18? Have you experienced riding in a car where the driver was not paying attention? What do you think about the information in the article? Does it frighten you?

Wow, that is real terrible, no I have not riding in the car with anyone who doesn't pay attetion at all. Plus I would like thinking about that teenagers would wait till they are getting 18 years old to get a drive license and not in 16 age, because it is to dangerous for them and not pay attetion if they did something bad. When the kids are younger like aged 16's they would probably think they are real cool, stuff and think that they cant get caughted by police, which they are really does they are hiding in somewhere harder, but which mean is not true. Too dangerous for that. I always in the car with anyone who is Pay Attetion and more experince to drive, I have a License for drive when I turned 18 and I would like to get learn more better and experince real good and I' have to be careful with drive with who anyone doesn't pay attetion. Just keep your eyes contact them.

I never ride with someone that who did that. that not pay attetion. I feel that the idea is good but i know the people wil mad about it because they want to be younger driver but my opinion is that same way old not have to change because who parents have to reasonablility and watch their kids and make sure they good driver and no allow someone ride with thier kids can do that if parent do that the law not have to contorl parent 's ways nyk1 is right
I know it! My cuz is 16 years old and he have license for drive. I did with my cuz ride drive. My cuz little bad because he not attent when stop "+" look around make sure cars not come. Really crazy! You know what i mean? I was little afraid because my cuz little danger. Next time, I don't again with my cuz ride drive. I hope my cuz very be careful. My opinion best 18 years old more learn than 16 years old. I like 16 years old must with mom or dad ride drive united turn 18 years old become license.
Be careful if you with 16 years old you will crazy.
I notice the driver around 16-18 age. they happen accendtly and dead. I want 18 years old start drive than 16 years old. 16 years old some not know how to drive or know how to drive. THey decide what they want to drive. They problem and not mine problem WHen i get lienese. i am 16 years old. i can drive but i will be carefully! I need focus to road. i not want see to my friend talk me when i drive the truck. i prefer i watch the road when i drive.

i am argee with nyk1, because they are reckness and they will be die about crash the car. that's why, so they need be careful about the car safely
I read all the comment is good i like that kids ideas it good. it wonder to know that but the truth anyway but not forget look yourself wink important learn something but one thing one is missing but that person should know what missing the comment.
